StreamFab.shop may provide software updates to you under additional or modified terms, but it shall have no obligation to develop, release, or provide any updates whatsoever. This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and StreamFab.shop concerning the software, and it supersedes all prior representations, commitments, or advertisements related to the software. You acknowledge that, in entering into this Agreement, you have not relied on any statements, representations, advertisements, assurances, or warranties (whether made negligently or innocently) other than those explicitly stated in this License Agreement. StreamFab.shop reserves the right to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under this License Agreement to a third party.
5. Copyright Statement
All materials contained on the StreamFab.shop website—including, but not limited to, related web pages, the structure and design of web pages, images, and any other information displayed on the site—are protected by copyright, and the copyright is owned by Fabsoft Technology Limited. Without the explicit written permission of StreamFab.shop, any form of duplication or reproduction of the website's content, any copying or creation of a mirror image of the website on servers not owned by Fabsoft Technology Limited, or any other illegal use of the website's materials is strictly prohibited. StreamFab.shop reserves all legal rights to take appropriate legal action and claim compensation for any violations of this copyright statement.
