1. Scope and agreement
These Conditions of Sale apply when you purchase downloadable software, a license key, or a subscription through streamfab.shop. The seller is Fabsoft Technology Limited, located at Rm A222, 3/F, Phase 2, Hang Fung Industrial Bld, 2G Hok Yuen St, Hok Yuen, Kowloon, Hong Kong (company number 3053784). By submitting an order, you confirm that the order information is accurate and that you accept these Conditions together with any terms displayed at checkout. Nothing in these Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the selected product. An automated receipt only confirms that we received the order; it is not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or make the download or license key available, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, and we will return any amount already collected for that order.
3. Prices, currency, and taxes
The price, billing currency, subscription period, and any applicable taxes are shown before you place the order. Exchange rates or charges imposed by your bank are your responsibility. If an obvious pricing or product-description error is discovered before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the order and refund any amount collected. Tax treatment may vary according to your billing location and applicable law.
4. Payment authorization and security
By providing a payment method, you authorize the displayed charge and confirm that you are entitled to use that method. Payment information is handled through secure payment services, and transactions may be subject to authentication, sanctions, and fraud screening. We may pause or decline an order where authorization fails or reasonable security concerns arise. Please do not send complete payment-card details to customer support.
5. Electronic delivery
Products are delivered electronically, usually by a download link, license key, account entitlement, or a combination of these methods. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, retaining the delivery information, and confirming before purchase that your computer, operating system, storage, and internet connection meet the published system requirements. Delivery is complete when the digital product or access information is made available to you.
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you buy a recurring subscription, its billing interval and renewal price are shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the then-applicable renewal amount using your saved payment method. You can cancel future renewals through the available account or support channel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide notice of a material renewal-price change where required by law.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility and the process for requesting a refund are described in our Refund Policy. Because digital products may be supplied immediately, cancellation rights can differ after a download or license key has been delivered or activated. Any consent or acknowledgement requested at checkout applies only to the extent permitted by law. These Conditions and the Refund Policy do not waive mandatory cooling-off, conformity, remedy, or other consumer rights.
8. Chargebacks and fraud
If you do not recognize a charge or encounter a delivery or billing problem, contact us at [email protected] first so we can investigate promptly. You must not knowingly initiate a false or abusive chargeback. We may provide order, delivery, and communication records to banks or other authorized parties when responding to a payment dispute, and may suspend affected licenses while a transaction is reversed or investigated, subject to applicable law.
9. Warranties, liability, disputes, and contact
Products are provided with the warranties expressly stated at purchase and those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. These Conditions are governed by Hong Kong SAR; any choice of law or forum remains subject to mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
